2. Quotes & Booking

Based on info you provide.

Final pricing may change if property size or condition differs.

Appointments scheduled based on availability.
3. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe access.

Delays due to access issues may incur additional charges.
4. Payments

Due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

Accepted: E-transfer, credit/debit invoice, other approved methods.

Late or unpaid balances may affect future services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours notice requested.

Late cancellations or missed appointments: fees apply (see Cancellation Policy).
6. Customer Responsibilities

Secure valuables and fragile items.

Provide accurate info and ensure utilities are on.

We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Accidents caused by pets, children, or other uncontrollable factors
7. Satisfaction & Claims

Notify within 24 hours if unsatisfied.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
