Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 19, 2026

Freshway Cleaning Corporation (“we,” “our,” “us”) wants your experience to be smooth. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with proper notice: no fee.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows: $50 or 50% of service cost, whichever is higher.

 

2. Missed Appointments

  • If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time, it may count as a late cancellation and fees may apply.

 

3. Rescheduling

  • We will accommodate changes where possible with advance notice.

 

4. Deposits

  • For move-in/move-out or special services, deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Notify us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied.

  • We may:

    • Re-clean the affected area, or

    • Offer another reasonable resolution.

  • Refunds are assessed case by case and are not guaranteed.

 

6. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions

  • Areas outside the agreed service scope

  • Issues reported after 24 hours

 

7. Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
